While the international property market is crawling at a snail pace, business is booming in Thailand. Sansiri is launching another condominium project immediately due to the unprecedented take up rate for its first Phuket venture.

dCondo Kathu sold out by noon on the launch day, beating all expectations and propagating Sansiri to orbit a new project early next year.

556 units were sold within a matter of hours. The company was moved by the overwhelming market reception.

The US$18mn dCondo Kathu project comprises three low rise eight-storey buildings, boasting 556 units of 29-30 sqm, with prices starting at US$31,900.
